Trade mission

The scheme work of our Trade Mission service consists in the creation by Patrol International of a team of professionals (Project Manager in the Italian office and Export Manager in the country of activity) who act in support of the client’s export department in the search for suppliers, distributors and customers, reducing the time needed for the client company to enter a foreign market.

The team analyzes the market using the best and latest tools available, creating a database of prospect companies and defining with the client the contact strategy. We ask our Italian client to approve the database and short list before starting with the contact activity.

The Trade Mission project ends when the goal of taking the client to the appointment with 4/5 potential business partners is reached. During meetings (online meeting or in presence) the Italian company defines the commercial agreements with the foreign counterpart with our support.
